What is a pre-order?
Simply put, a pre-order is an order you can place for new designs before it is in stock and available for delivery.
Generally, it is an item that is new to the marketplace and we have already placed an order with our suppliers for the item. The images are taken from prototypes. The finished product that you receive may vary in design, specifications and package contents. Please be aware before placing your order. Why should I pre-order black loudness apparels? By placing a pre-order with black loudness you will receive the highest priority order fulfillment. We fill pre-orders based on the order they are received. Pre-orders are also processed prior to any in stock order received. Thus, pre-ordering helps ensure that you will receive the most sought after new products. If you pre-order, you will be among the first of our customers to receive the item. Oftentimes, with popular items, a purchasing frenzy ensues when it is released, making it difficult to get the item before it is sold out. Procuring an item on a pre-order basis means that, unless our shipment of the items is lost when coming from our supplier, you are guaranteed to get an item shortly after we receive it. A pre-order is an exclusive, custom designed item that is currently being manufactured for a future ship date. The future ship date is normally 7-10 business days. How accurate is the Delivery Date? The estimated ship date is listed at the time of the pre-order purchase. We anticipate shorter ship dates from our manufacturer, however, unforeseen delays can occur. Generally speaking, the estimated arrival date is accurate.
Order Processing And Cancellation
Orders are processed pending credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 7:00pm US ET (Eastern Time) will begin
processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is currently in stock
or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays. Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Return/Exchange
RETURNS: We allow up to 5 business days after final delivery scan to qualify for a refund for returned items, and we allow up to 14 days after final delivery scan to qualify for store credit for returned items. To ensure that you will receive either a refund or store credit for your return, all products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. Unless your return is the result of an error on our behalf, your return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you wish to return an item, you must first, send us a message at customerservice@blackloudness.com to let us know which items you would like to return and why, making sure to include your order number, so we can authorize the return. Orders sent back without a Return Authorization will be refused. When sending your return, make sure to include a note with your name, email, order number, and reason for the return. Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue refunds on any returns that are lost by USPS, UPS, or do not make it to us for any other reason.
